  • anzianità professionale, escluso il periodo di pratica, di almeno 3 anni;
  • previa esperienza professionale di almeno 2 anni all'estero in studi legali di diritto anglosassone;
  • conoscenza fluent della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
